Jennifer Colagiovanni is an attorney at Wachler & Associates, P.C. A significant portion of Ms. Colagiovanni's practice is focused on representing physicians, hospitals and other healthcare providers and suppliers in the defense of RAC, Medicare, Medicaid and third party payor audits. Ms. Colagiovanni has considerable experience defending audits involving complex medical necessity denials as well as statistical sampling and extrapolation.
Ms. Colagiovanni graduated Cum Laude from Wayne State University was nominated to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Ms. Colagiovanni was a senior member of the Moot Court Program. Ms. Colagiovanni holds a B.A., with distinction, from the University of Michigan in History.
Ms. Colagiovanni is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, State Bar of Michigan, Health Care Law Section, and the Oakland County Bar Association.
